This new free program is all about improving flexibility, finding balance, and enjoying moments of relaxation in our busy lives.

What’s inside?

  • 30 short yoga videos, each 10-15 minutes long.
  • Varied focus, ranging from full-body flexibility to targeted stretches for hips, shoulders, back, and more.

Who is it best for?

  • A simple and accessible starting point for beginners in yoga or regular exercise.
  • Perfect if you already work out and want to add yoga into your routine to enhance flexibility and recovery.
  • Great way to bring a moment of calm and peace into your morning or night routine.

Equipment needed:

  • Most videos only require a yoga mat, and there are a few seated routines that you can do on a carpet/towel.
  • Some videos demonstrate the use of blocks and straps, but they’re optional. Feel free to stretch without equipment or use common household items as alternatives.

You can start this series any time and repeat it as many times as you want.
