30 Day Summer Yoga Series

Welcome to the “30 Day Summer Yoga Series”!
This new free program is designed to help you stay active, improve flexibility, and find moments of relaxation during the summer.

What’s inside?

  • 30 short yoga videos, each 10-15 minutes long.
  • A mix of yoga stretch routines and flows to target different areas of the body, including full-body flexibility, hips, shoulders, back, and more.

Equipment needed:

  • Most videos only require a yoga mat, and there are a few standing and seated routines that you can do without a mat, perfect for practicing outdoors in summer.
  • Some videos may demonstrate the use of blocks and straps, but they are optional.
