This 30 day yoga challenge is designed to get you into the habit of practicing yoga regularly. You can practice at any time of the day – morning, afternoon, or evening. Choose the time that typically works best for you and try to stick to the same time every day for 30 days.
This challenge is suitable for all experience levels and practitioners with no contraindications for practicing yoga.
